Contest Terms & Conditions

The following terms and condition shall apply to Syopz Mall Merry Big Win contest (“Contest”). Participation in the Contest constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions of the Contest. The Contest Period shall begin on 8th December 2025 00:00 GMT +8 Malaysian Time and end on 2nd January 2025 at 23:59 GMT +8 Malaysian Time. Recognition of the purchase transaction is based on the date of order received by Syopz Mall. Any entry not in compliance with these terms and conditions shall be deemed invalid.

1. Participant Eligibility

The Contest is open to customers who:

• Min Spend of RM15 in a single receipt at any shop in Syopz Mall, Taylor’s within the Contest Period;
• are at least 18 years of age on the date of purchase;
• either Malaysian or foreigner.

The following persons are not eligible to participate in the Contest:

• employees of Taylors Education Group. (“Taylors”) and its affiliated companies;
• employees of our participating Syopz Mall’s tenants including but not limited to, dealers, distributors, trade retailers, advertising agencies; or
• immediate family member of such employees mentioned under 2(a) and 2(b) above.

2. Contest Qualifying Entries

To qualify for the Syopz Mall Join Merry Big Win contest, participating customers must fulfil all the following conditions:

• Min spend of RM15 in a single receipt at any shop in Syopz Mall, Taylor’s during the Contest Period. Participant is allow to submit multiple entries with unique receipt at Syopz Mall.
• Duplicated receipt submission will automatically be disqualified
• Provide their personal information as well as solve the puzzle for the Qualifying Submission to be valid. Participants are responsible to ensure that all required information submitted is accurate and complete. Any submission with inaccurate or missing information will be disqualified.

3. Syopz Mall Merry Big Win Contest

Participants with the best timings from solving the puzzle will participate in the qualifying round of the Grand Prize, 1st & 2nd runner up as well as the consolation prizes.

In the event of identical timestamps, the participant with the higher spending amount in a single receipt will be selected for shortlisting or declare the winner.

Shortlisted Participants shall be deemed disqualified from the Contest, if the Participant:

• Fail to Follow Syopz IG Page
• Submit duplicate receipt
• Submit inaccurate or missing information or without completing the puzzle
• withdraws his/her participation from the campaign after being contacted by Syopz Mall;
• identity cannot be verified by Syopz Mall
• is not eligible for the Contest due to any other reasons determined by Syopz Mall.

Syopz Mall reserves the right to replace a disqualified Participant with another Participant selected in accordance with the process described above.

The winner of the Contest will walk away with the Prize of this campaign and the winner announcement will be made Syopz Mall official social media page as targeted Ads.

All the games, activities, rules, and prizes for the Contest are subject to change whenever necessary without prior notice.

4. General Terms & Conditions

• Orders placed to qualify for this campaign cannot combine with other promotions, vouchers, discount and special events.
• By participating in this campaign, participants consent to the use of their personal information, photo, likenesses by Syopz Mall for publicity, promotional and advertising purpose without compensation and in accordance with the terms and conditions of this campaign.
• Syopz Mall accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
• Prize winners will be notified via the mode of entry submission unless otherwise stated and may be required to provide their personal details or any other relevant document for the purposes of identity verification for prize collection.
• Announcement of the winners will be released on Syopz Mall social media platforms (Facebook & Instagram) via targeted ads. It is a condition of entry that winners consent to the publication of their photos, names and/or statement on the relevant social media platforms for publicity purposes.
• The photos of the prizes in the visuals are for illustration purpose. Value and model of the prize may vary subject to availability.
• Syopz Mall reserves the right to replace any prize with items of similar value. Prizes must be taken as they are and are strictly not refundable or exchangeable for cash, products, services or extendable in validity.
• Should the winner be uncontactable, Syopz Mall reserves the right to award the prize to a replacement winner, forfeit the prize or donate the prize to charity.
• Syopz Mall is not liable for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any participant as a result of entering the Contest or accepting of the prize.
• Syopz Mall reserves the right to select the winners based on the eligibility criteria as set out in the terms and conditions.
• Syopz Mall will be the final authority as the party to interpret of these rules and regulations related to this Contest.
• In the event of a dispute, the matter shall be determined at the sole discretion of Syopz Mall. Syopz Mall’ decision is final, after which no further challenge or correspondence will be entertained.
• Syopz Mall reserves the rights, in its sole and absolute discretion from time to time to terminate or amend the terms and conditions herein including any of the prizes offered without prior notice.
• Any provision in the terms and conditions which is held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason by any court, governmental department, body or tribunal, or in any applicable jurisdiction shall be ineffective to the extent of such invalidity or unenforceability and will not invalidate or render unenforceable the remaining unaffected provisions hereof and should any provision be held invalid or unenforceable in an applicable jurisdiction such provision shall not be invalidated or rendered unenforceable in any other jurisdiction.
